These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Axiera mobile application ("App"), our website at www.axiera.com, and Axiera-branded Bluetooth audio devices and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.

The AI chatbot provides conversational assistance. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated information.
The voice assistant uses on-device wake word detection to activate. When activated, your voice is recorded, transcribed, and processed to fulfill your commands. Voice recordings for commands and translation are processed transiently and are not stored long-term on our servers. You may disable the wake word feature at any time in Settings.
The translation feature supports live dialogue translation between supported languages. Translations are provided as-is and may not be perfectly accurate. We are not responsible for any miscommunication arising from translated content. Do not rely on this feature for critical or legal translations.
You may browse and purchase Axiera products through the App. All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). By placing an order, you agree to:
Order statuses include: Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
You may submit star ratings and written reviews for products. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your review in connection with the Services. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.
You may register your Axiera product warranty by scanning the barcode using your device camera or manually entering the warranty code. Warranty terms are subject to the specific warranty policy applicable to your product and region. Warranty activation begins upon successful registration and expires according to the warranty period for your product.
The App, its design, logos, graphics, and underlying software are owned by Axiera and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purposes.
AI-Generated Content: Music, lyrics, and artwork generated through the AI Music Maker feature are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified. You may not claim ownership of AI-generated content to the extent it incorporates pre-existing licensed materials. You may not use AI-generated content for commercial purposes without obtaining appropriate licensing from us.
Third-Party Content: Spotify and other third-party music services are governed by their respective terms of service. We do not claim ownership of third-party content accessed through the App.
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through the App, including AI music prompts, chat messages, and product reviews. By submitting content, you grant Axiera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

The App integrates with third-party services including Google (Firebase, Sign-In), Apple (Sign-In, Face ID), Facebook, X (Twitter), Spotify, and Sentry. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers. Changes to third-party services may affect App functionality.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axiera and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings. Upon deletion, your profile information and associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention practices. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiera regarding the use of the Services.
