- AI Chat Messages: Messages you send to our AI assistant and voice command transcripts.

- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Bluetooth Data: MAC address, serial number, model, battery level, firmware version, equalizer settings, RGB lighting settings, and other configuration data from your paired Axiera Devices.
- Push Notification Token: Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token to deliver push notifications.
- Spotify Token: OAuth access and refresh tokens if you connect your Spotify account for music playback.
- App Usage Preferences: Language preference (English/Arabic), theme preference (light/dark), wake word setting, and onboarding completion status stored locally on your device.
2.3 Permissions Requested
- Microphone:For wake word detection ("Hi Axiera"), voice commands, voice transcription, and real-time translation.
- Bluetooth: To discover, pair with, and control your Axiera audio Devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
- Location: Required by Android for BLE device scanning on certain Android versions. We do not track your physical location.
- Notifications: To send push notifications about AI music generation completion and other important updates.
- Camera: To scan barcodes for warranty registration.
- Face ID / Biometrics: For secure authentication when using Sign in with Apple.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To connect to and control your Axiera Bluetooth audio Devices.
- To provide AI-powered features including music generation, chat assistant, voice commands, and real-time translation.
- To process orders, manage shipping, and handle payments in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- To register and manage product warranties for your Devices.

Audio recordings for voice commands and translation are processed transiently and are not stored long-term. 8. On-Device Processing
Certain data is processed entirely on your device:
- Wake Word Detection:On-device machine learning models continuously listen for "Hi Axiera" and variations. Audio is processed locally and is not sent to our servers during passive listening.
- Local Intent Parsing: High-confidence voice commands are parsed on-device without server communication.
- App Preferences: Language, theme, audio playback state, and equalizer settings are stored locally using encrypted storage and persisted state management.
- Audio Caching: Downloaded or cached audio content is stored locally on your device.
